Description	Framework service contract for operation, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as for alteration works relating to technical installations in the building of the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, where the nursery is located. The building where the nursery is located can accommodate around 180 children, and has a surface area of 3 264 m2 in the upper construction and 911 m2 in infrastructure. The contract is scheduled to take effect between September and November 2021. The contract will have a maximum duration of four years (an initial duration of two years followed by the possibility of two (2) annual renewals).
