Description	The objective of the contract is to analyse the reasons why certain consumers do not save, and map and analyse the initiatives which can encourage or promote savings among those consumers, both the vulnerable ones as well as the consumers who could afford to save but have not been doing so. The study will in particular analyse whether simple savings products could promote saving.
