Description	The contract aims at providing support services with regard to climate-relevant aspects of the Europe 2020 strategy in the European Semesters 2013 and 2014. In particular, the contract aims to provide Climate Action DG with input on, and an assessment of, all Member States' policies which are relevant for either achieving the climate and energy targets under the Europe 2020 strategy or, more generally, for generating green growth.
