Title	Restoration efforts required for achieving the objectives of the Birds and Habitats Directives.
Description	The objective of this 24-month study is to provide an overview of current practices and approaches of EU Member States and regions towards defining favourable reference values and setting restoration objectives and priorities for the implementation of the EU Birds and Habitats Directives. The contractor is expected to compile all the relevant existing information, and to make this information publicly available via a database to be published by the EEA. Within the frame of the contract, the contractor will evaluate the relevant information with regard to a certain number of policy questions, will identify best-practice examples and will develop best-practice recommendations.
