Title	Supporting the development of EU climate diplomacy narratives.
Description	This call for tender shall procure support for the implementation of EU climate diplomacy — in parallel and complementary to climate negotiations — as laid out in the reflection paper jointly prepared by the EEAS and the Commission 'EU climate diplomacy for 2015 and beyond' and provide input for developing EU climate narratives for EU outreach activities including by EU delegations with the aim to contribute to foster political conditions, striving for an ambitious coalition and the necessary political momentum for climate action and seeks in particular services on:1. drafting input for targeted climate diplomacy narratives;2. intelligence on climate action and related debates in selected partner countries.
