Title	Study for the review of the list of restricted substances under RoHS 2.
Description	The Commission is launching this contract for the review of the list of restricted substances in Annex II of the new RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) pursuant to RoHS 2 Article 6(1).The purpose of this study is to:— develop a methodology to identify and assess substances based on the criteria in recital 10 and Article 6(1) and 6(2), and— assess the substances addressed in recital 10 with a view to their future restriction.Stakeholder consultations shall be organised in order to fulfil the above listed objectives.
