Title	Assessing the implementation of climate change adaptation on employment in the EU.
Description	The overall objective of this project is to fill knowledge gaps as regards the employment and skills implications of climate change adaptation. It is also about identifying EU policy instruments that would be needed to promote the transition to a climate-resilient EU economy, including the provision of adequate skills. The results of this project will feed into the future mainstreaming of climate change adaptation in EU policies. They can also be used for future discussions between the Commission and Member States in the context of the European Semester exercise.
