Description	The study will look at the participation of SMEs in the 2 following initiatives of FP7:— the cooperation programme,— the research for the benefit of SMEs schemes under the capacities programme.The overall objective is to evaluate the results and impacts of these initiatives, and is twofold: — to assess the relevance, efficiency and effectiveness of the 2 initiatives,— to assess the impacts on the SMEs participating in the 2 initiatives and on society, including the impacts on economic performance, European added value (EAV), behavioural additionality and innovation.
