Title	'EGNOS enabled' labelling and EGNOS SDK validation.
Description	The main tasks:— to define the technical and procedural roadmap for manufacturers on how to obtain the 'EGNOS enabled' label, from setting up the initial testing to definition and establishment of an accreditation framework (according to industry's standards and acknowledged by it) for this technical roadmap,— to promote the initiative among the receivers' manufacturers and — partially — among consumers,— to apply this process to the EC's EGNOS SDK for smartphones developed in 2011 to validate the algorithm aiming at implementing EGNOS corrections stemming from the 'Signal in space' or from Sisnet. The objective is to prove that all message types are correctly used by the EGNOS SDK (decoding + implementation) according to the standards. An evaluation of the quality of the result in terms of accuracy and precision shall also be provided. All the results will be published on the 'EGNOS portal'.To design the enhanced 'EGNOS enabled' labelling (i.e. showing and quantifying the type of improved performance).
