Title	Assistance and technical support for the evaluation of LIFE+ proposals.
Description	The overall objective of this framework contract is to provide the following services to the European Commission (Environment DG): — assistance and technical support for the evaluation and revision of the proposals submitted under the last 2 annual calls for action grants under LIFE+, which are expected to be published in early 2012 and 2013,— assistance and technical support for the evaluation and revision of proposals submitted under the last annual call for operating grants for European environmental NGOs under LIFE+, which is expected to be published in early autumn 2012. Accordingly, this framework contract will require the contractor to make available to the Commission a pool of people able to cover this assistance and be able to respond to specific requests issued by the Commission. These specific requests will include detailed technical requirements for each assignment leading to specific agreements.The Commission will remain solely responsible for organising and carrying out the annual evaluation and revision procedures, and will be responsible for the final approval of the results of all evaluation and revision steps. The main deliverables will be agreed as part of the specific agreements undertaken in the context of the framework contract.
