Title	Maintenance and update of the EU construction sector observatory.
Description	This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude a service contract. The contractor will build on the ongoing work for the EU construction sector observatory (ECSO) and ensure its continuation, improvement and expansion. The tasks are divided into 4 work packages: work package 1: update of the methodology and indicators' list, and production of country fact sheets; work package 2: selection and production of fact sheets on national and/or regional new policy measures and update of existing policy measures in EU construction sector observatory (ECSO); work package 3: preparation of analytical reports; work package 4: promotion of the analysis results and dissemination activities. Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.3 and 1.4.
