Title	Assistance to Member States in implementation of GHG projections guidelines.
Description	This project aims at providing capacity building support and technical assistance to a number of Member States, in order to help them prepare for the submission of their GHG projections in 2015 under the Monitoring Mechanism Regulation. The aim is to assist the Member States in relation to continuously exhibited difficulties, with priority given, but not limited to: ETS and non-ETS sectors distinction and their correct reflection in projections, identification of policies and measures in the sectors covered by the Effort Sharing Decision, key categories analysis and dealing with key categories, setting up, developing and improving their national system for projections.
