Title	Coordination of the European Mobility Week.
Description	The purpose of this call for tender is for the European Commission to secure the European coordination of European Mobility Week. The role of the European coordination is to promote participation and facilitate execution of the event by the local authorities across the EU, through:— managing the annual project cycle, i.e. from proposing the 'theme', through development of communication tools and promotional strategy, coordination with relevant stakeholders, handling the registration procedure (including ensuring that ethical rules are respected) to summarising the outcomes and management of the award procedure,— assuring coordination of the programme at European level (i.e. among national coordinators, pledge signatories and the European Commission, including the European Commission's 'Do the Right Mix' campaign (http://www.dotherightmix.eu), which complements European Mobility Week),— maintaining and supporting an active network of national coordinators, i.e. organising regular coordination meetings, co-organising with the European Commission the annual capacity building and best practices exchange workshop, maintaining working relationships with relevant national and local authorities.
