Description	The framework contract is in 2 lots: the first lot (80 % of the total value) concerns studies analysing the conformity of Member States' measures transposing directives in the area of EU environmental and climate change legislation; the second lot concerns technical assistance studies, i.e., studies which legally and technically assess the information the Commission receives in the context of complaints, pre-infringement or infringement procedures, or in the context of reporting obligations.
