Purchase of office furniture and accessories
The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender for the acquisition of office furniture and accessories for its staff and the staff of the following European Union institutions and bodies:— European Court of Auditors,— Court of Justice of the European Union,— Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union,— European Economic and Social Committee,— European Committee of the Regions,— European Data Protection SupervisorThis call for tenders responds to the contracting authority’s requirements for the need to update the range of furniture in order to meet new space requirements, be in line with changes in technology and working methods, follow developments related to occupational well-being and provide a suitable working environment for their staff. The related supplies have been listed in the technical specifications included in the contractual documents.

Miscellaneous office accessories
Coat racks, desk lamps, floor lamps, coat racks with hangers and/or umbrella stands, standing ashtrays, toolboxes, screen holders and other accessories, partitions, etc.
Lot 4
Furniture for lounges, socialising and relaxation areas
Armchairs, sofas, tables of different shapes and sizes, wide range of models – colours, materials (leather, fabrics, glass, wood, etc.), separations and partitions for private spaces, with possibility of connectivity and integrated lighting, etc.
Lot 5
Luxury furniture
Desks, chairs, meeting tables of different formats, armchairs, sofas, showcases, bookcases, office accessories (waste bins, coat racks), floor lamps, desk lamps, wide choice of colours and materials, connectivity, electrification, conceptualisation of an all-in-one high standing project.
Lot 6
Made-to-measure carpentry and furniture
Capacity to design and create made-to-measure furniture (e.g. counters, reception desks, display cases, bookcases and miscellaneous furniture), different materials.
