Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers	Pass/fail requirement:(a) The candidate must prove that they are registered to pursue the professional activity under their national law.Proof of the above is to be provided by:A certificate of registration in the relevant trade or professional registers in the country of establishment/incorporation. If the candidate is not required or allowed to register in such a register for reasons related to its statute or legal status, EIB shall accept, as satisfactory evidence, a sworn declaration or certificate, membership of a specific organisation, express authorisation, or entry in the VAT register.Pass/fail requirement:(b) The candidate must hold and maintain for the whole duration of the framework agreement a IATA certification relevant to the proposed country from which the services would be provided.Proof of the above is to be provided by:Copy of a respective and current IATA licence number with full access to the European market, specific for the execution of the agreement. In case of groups or subcontracting at least the joint representative or prime contractor should be in possession of such a licence.
