A systemic analysis to detect emerging risks and possible safety issues due to the possible changes of ‘normal operations’, either on board of ships and ship-to-shore, that the pandemic and its descending restrictions might have imposed. The study will also highlight the resilient properties of companies, possible mitigation measures undertaken by the concerned stakeholders and lessons learned.
