Lot 1	Media monitoring and analysis	The monitoring of the Romanian media to identify major topics debated at a political level, as well as to identify how the central/local press takes on European topics (mainly EU policies, main actors and the institutional system, including Romanian representatives in various European institutions). Also, the monitoring of the communication topics from the political talk shows and the analysis of the evolutions and tendencies within the main parties in Romania (parliamentary or emerging on the Romanian political scene), including in relation to the European hot topics when appropriate.
Lot 2	Strategic policy analysis and policy communication trends analysis	The monitoring of the political situation in Romania, with focus on strategic analysis, forecasts and impact in the local, European and international environment as well as the monitoring of trends in the political communication of current European topics of the main political actors (parliamentary parties, main influencers (with quantifiable reach), members of the government, the Presidency and MEPs).
