Description	This invitation to tender mainly involves services related to project management, health and safety coordination, quality control, including the Technical Control Body (OCT), for Project AA3 at the OHIM. This project provides for, inter alia, the construction of a new building for the OHIM; it will be located on plot UT-2 of the Agua Amarga development site and will be adjacent to the current OHIM headquarters located at Avenida de Europa, 4, Alicante, Spain.These specifications for the invitation to tender refer to the award of a contract (per lot) to provide the following services related to the implementation of Project AA3 (design and implementation of a new phase called 'Agua Amarga 3' (AA3) on the OHIM site at Avenida de Europa, 4, Alicante):— lot 1: project management and health and safety coordination for Project AA3,— lot 2: quality control and OCT for Project AA3.
