Paediatric and psychomotor services to be provided for the CPE 2 and CPE 5 childcare centres located in Luxembourg and managed by the European Parliament
The European Parliament has decided to launch this invitation to tender with a view to concluding framework contracts for the provision of paediatric and psychomotor services for the CPE 2 and CP5 crèches, managed by the European Parliament located in Luxembourg. This contract is divided into two lots.

Lot 1 – psychomotor services to be executed for the CPE 2 day care centre located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, and for the CPE 5 day care centre located in Bertrange-Mamer
The paediatric services are to be provided on a basis of about 8 hours per week, divided into two half day services of 4 hours between the two day care centres for 46 weeks per year. However, this theoretical timetable may be adapted according to priorities, and subject to the agreement of the ‘Working Time and Childcare Facilities Unit’. There is no service during periods when the offices of the European Parliament are closed. The maximum number of estimated hours per year for services for both the day care centres is 368 hours.

Lot 2 – psychomotor services to be executed for the CPE 2 day care centre located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, and for the CPE 5 day care centre located in Bertrange-Mamer
The psychomotor services are to be provided on a basis of about 6 hours per week, divided between the two day care centres for 46 weeks per year. However, this theoretical timetable may be adapted according to priorities, and subject to the agreement of the ‘Working Time and Childcare Facilities Unit’. There is no service during periods when the offices of the European Parliament are closed. The annual maximum estimated number of hours is 276 hours.
