Lot 1	Services related to restaurants and the management and operation of the infrastructures and other related services	The scope of the contract includes the provision of operational, auxiliary and specialised services related to restaurants, the management and operation of restaurant infrastructure, and the purchase of supplies for use in said services.The operational services for the EUIPO are the following:— management of the concession for a self-service restaurant, a cafeteria and an outdoor food stand, with their respective kitchens,— management of the concession for an à la carte restaurant with its kitchen,— provision of special catering services upon demand for events or meetings,— provision of courtesy fruit service.The operational services for F4E are the following:— management of the concession for a self-service cafeteria,— management of the concession for an à la carte restaurant with its kitchen,— provision of special catering services upon demand.The auxiliary services provided for the EUIPO are the following:— preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment, machinery and in general of the restaurant materials in the kitchens, in the catering service areas and in general in the facilities of the contracting authority,— cleaning and disinfecting of kitchens and catering service areas, also including cold rooms and their antechambers, freezers and refrigerators, sinks in the kitchens, and underside of the furniture included in the contract in the catering areas,— management system for the rooms of the catering areas, including the electronic management of reservations (for the EUIPO, possible areas are the self-service, the outdoor food stand, etc.), staff access control, queue management, accommodation service, etc.The auxiliary services provided to F4E have been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 but will be resumed in the future.Specialised services include those activities that may enable any request to be fulfilled in the specific field of restaurant management. The following services are included:— IT services,— design and communication,— technical consultancy services.
Lot 2	Concession of services for the operation of food and drink vending machines, as well as rental of water dispensers and vending machines for other products	The object of this call for tenders is to conclude a framework contract in cascade with a maximum of two contractors for the concession of services for the operation of food and drink vending machines, the rental of water dispensers and other vending machines and equipment of different kinds, as well as the services and activities related to that management.
