Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of legal services and legal advice in the area of Irish conveyancing/land law, for the European Commission at its premises in Grange, Dunsany, Co. Meath, Ireland. Provision of legal advice and legal services in relation to the transfer of ownership of the Grange site from the Office of Public Works to the European Commission. • Provision of legal advice/services and preparation of the deed of wayleave regarding the sewer running from Teagasc across the Grange site to access the main sewerage system. • Drafting the contract of management regarding sewer running from Teagasc across the Grange site to access the main sewerage system. • Provision of legal advice and legal services in relation to the access to an ESB substation located at the European Commission’s premises • Provision, as required, of legal advice and legal services in the area of Irish Conveyancing/Land Law matters to the Contracting authority, for any other matters that might arise.
