Description	The European Commission and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam signed the Financing Agreement for the implementation of the EU-Viet Nam Enhancing Economic Governance Programme in December 2021. The programme has two project components providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) respectively. The purpose of this procurement is to procure services for the implementation of the technical assistance project with the MPI.
