Title	Strengthening the transfer pricing (TP) legal system against tax evasive behavior – Part II
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure (read more here). The main objective of the contract will be to provide technical support to the Ministry of Finance in Poland to strengthen the legal framework for transfer pricing and reporting requirements (including the TPR form). Tasks covered by the contract will entail inter alia an assessment of the transfer pricing legal framework currently in place in Poland, drafting of recommendations on improvement of the TPR form and guidance for taxpayers as well as of recommendations on strengthening the transfer pricing legal framework in Poland.
