Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure (read more here). The safety and quality of the electricity grid at the European Commission Geel (Belgium) site has to be improved and this by means of creating a global earthing system. This procedure includes the delivery, installation, connection of earthing loops and rods, cable ways, cabling, as also measurements, testing, inspection and commissioning of the new earthing infrastructure.
