Title	Services to model biofuels and bioenergy
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. JRC intends to purchase consultancy services to model biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels pathways from the Annexes V and VI in RED II in order to update their greenhouse gas emission intensities using the latest scientific evidence and technology data The work will aim to include additional max 30 new pathways compared to the RED II. The contractor has to provide support for evaluating the typical and default values for biofuels, bioliquids, biomass fuels made from the mentioned pathways, according to the REDII methodology and alternative jet fuels methodology, subject to the provision of relevant life cycle data inventories.
