Title	Catering services for the European Commission in Sweden
Description	The European Commission's representation in Sweden is looking for a company that can provide catering services initially for one year with possible renewals up to a total duration offor up to 3 years. The services are to be provided mainly in the House of Europe Stockholm (Europahuset), but exceptionally also for events outside the Commission its premises. Europahuset has a capacity for regular seminars of 100 attendees and there are expected approximately 25-30 events each year with various levels of catering services. The catering might be needed for round table events, seminars, high-level meetings and press conferences. The start of the contract is the soonest the contract is signed. The maximum value of the contract throughout is 139 000€. This publication does not entail an obligation for the European Commission's representation in Sweden to initiate the above-mentioned procurement.
