Title	Services covering social networks and online communities management for the EC Representation in Poland
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The contract relates to the administration of social networks and management of online communities of the EC Representation in Poland. The European Commission has its representations in all 27 EU Member States. The representations are tasked to inform the media and citizens about the activities of the Commission and to communicate the objectives of its policies and actions with social media being one of our most important communication and information channels. The purpose of this tender procedure is to select a suitably qualified contractor to provide support and expertise to the EC Representation in Poland in the implementation and evaluation of the European Commission’s communication policy. The aim is to provide the Representation with services that enable the general public, other specific target groups and the media to be informed about the Commission’s policies. The contractor should take into account the existing Commission’s websites and social media platforms.
