Title	Accommodation Search Services
Description	The aim of this negotiated procedure is to conclude a 4-year framework contract with a service provider to assist newcomers as well as current staff of ECDC to find accommodation in Stockholm or the Stockholm region. ECDC does not provide housing for its staff and does not function as an accommodation tenant but aims at co-funding the search for accommodation for its staff. The cost of the services provided by the contractor will be shared between ECDC and the staff member (staff member contribution will be maximum 350 EUR, the remainder will be paid by ECDC). ECDC foresees the use of the services by approximately 12 staff members on average per year. Estimated total amount 95,000 EUR
