Title
Health and Safety Coordination Services for the Construction of the EIB New Building in Luxembourg
Description
The European Investment Bank (EIB) intends to award a service contract for the provision of the Health and Safety Coordination services for the construction phase of the EIB new building in Luxembourg, in accordance with the Grand Ducal Regulation of 27 June 2008 on the minimum safety and health requirements to be implemented on temporary or mobile construction sites. The duration of the service contract is 31 months + option for up to 12 additional months in case of extension of the works.

See Section 1.7.1 of the Terms of Reference for detailed description.Pass/fail requirement(a) The tenderer must demonstrate relevant experience in 2 (two) service contracts, ongoing or completed within the last 5 (five) years prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, related to health and safety coordination services during construction phase for the construction sites of minimum EUR 40 000 000 value of works, including at least one high-rise (i.e. at least six floors above ground) building.(b) The tenderer must operate an appropriate quality management system for architecture and/or engineering consulting activity attested to the EN ISO 9001 or equivalent European or international standard.(c) The tenderer must have at least two certified level-C health and safety coordinators directly employed, as defined in the Grand Ducal Regulation of 9 June 2006 and in the Labour Code, Article L. 312-8 (6).(d) The tenderer must be insured for the professional liability covering the risks and responsibilities for an amount of at least EUR 300 000,00.
