Performing maintenance on equipment in Wings NCO, R and S at the JRC Karlsruhe
The tender includes repair tasks on ventilation, sanitary, extinguishing and heating systems in Wings NCO, R and S on the premises of the JRC Karlsruhe. All Wings are located outside the control and monitoring area within the premises of the JRC Karlsruhe.The maintenance contract is designed to ensure the operational readiness and operational safety of the above-mentioned systems with optimal functioning, long service life and economic operation through energy savings as well as the preservation and restoration of the target condition.The tender consists of three parts. Each part includes the corresponding facilities in all Wings mentioned above. The parts include maintenance and servicing of the facilities according to the following technical fields:• Part 1: Ventilation systems, except refrigeration and air conditioning systems;• Part 2: Sanitary and extinguishing systems;• Part 3: Heating systems.
