Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure. In order to acquaint the Lithuanian public with the actions of the European Commission, which contribute to the creation of a greener, digital and more resilient future, and to involve citizens, especially young people, in these processes, the Representation plans to implement various communication projects, e.g. "European Green Deal Team", "European Exam" and "European of the Year Elections".
