UCA 15/083 All-purpose maintenance of lifts in the Lex Building (lot 1) and the Crèche (lot 2), Council of the European Union.
The contract covers the all-purpose preventive and corrective maintenance of: — lot 1: 20 Schindler lifts in the Lex Building, 155 rue de la Loi, 1048 Brussels, — lot 2: 5 Kone lifts in the Council of the EU's 'Crèche' building, 100 avenue de la Brabançonne, 1030 Brussels. This servicing includes preventive maintenance, call-outs and repairs. For lot 1 only: the contractor's technicians shall also be on duty during Council sessions and at special events in order to free trapped people within the stipulated time limits.
