The statistical services forming the subject of this invitation to tender are divided into the following lots: lot 1: coordination of the 2017 PPP price survey on equipment goods; lot 2: coordination of the 2017 and 2018 PPP price surveys on construction; lot 3: coordination of the 2017–2020 PPP price surveys on hospital services.

Lot 1
Coordination of the 2017 PPP price survey on equipment goods
Equipment goods represent a large share of gross fixed capital formation, including machinery, electrical and optical equipment, transport equipment and software. The price survey on equipment goods is carried out every second year. This lot covers the survey to be carried out in 2017. Preparations for this survey start in 2016 while the survey validation will be closed in 2018. The work covers the survey in all 37 participating countries.
Lot 2
Coordination of the 2017 and 2018 PPP price surveys on construction
The price survey on construction is carried out on a rolling basis, spread over 2 years, in the following way: — year 1: detached house, light industrial building and bridge (total: approximately 340 items), — year 2: Portuguese or Nordic house, apartment, office building, renovation of a building and asphalt road (total: also approximately 340 items). This lot concerns the surveys to be carried out in 2017 and 2018. The work covers the survey in all 37 participating countries.
Lot 3
Coordination of the 2017–2020 PPP price surveys on hospital services
Hospital services represent a large share of expenditure on health. Each year prices are collected for the 3 previous years, allowing for revisions of the data provided in earlier years. The work covers all 37 participating countries for the surveys conducted in the years 2017 to 2020.
