Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure.

The purpose of this assignment is to study in depth good practices in public procurement within the Interreg IPA programmes and explore ways of transferring them between the partner countries with a global objective to better prepare the candidate countries and potential candidates to develop sound public procurement, especially in a cohesion policy implementation perspective. Specific objectives of the study should include the creation of an e-library and handbook of public procurement good practices and the development of feasibility studies and roadmaps of the 30 most impactful good practices to then match them with the Interreg IPA partner countries showing needs for further investments in public procurement.
