Title	Administrative services/supplies
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. Procurement description and reason for purchasing Procurement of services and supplies related to administrative activities of European Commission Representation in Lithuania (ECR-LT) is envisaged. ECR-LT has recurrent very low value administrative expenditures every calendar (financial) year which includes: 1) electronic security system maintenance; 2) cleaning of carpet mats; 3) coffee, milk, natural still water in glass bottles, coffee machine filters and coffee machine cleaners; 4) water filters maintenance; 5) flowers maintenance; 6) water machine rental services, including drinking water; 7) coffee machine rental and maintenance. Some of these costs are lower than 240,00 Eur (including VAT) which results in VAT not being recovered from Member State due to rules applicable in European Commission on VAT recovery. Consolidated procurement of these services and supplies is sound from financial management point of view, as it will enable increase in recovered VAT, decrease number of invoices received by ECR-LT, and decrease number of payments initiated by ECR-LT.
