Title	Supply of Official Car for the Representation of the European Commission in Romania
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure. The European Commission is committed to reducing its environmental impact as an administration. As part of the actions supporting its pledge to become a climate neutral administration by 2030 by implementing itself the principles presented in the European Green Deal , the Commission Representations in the Member States will gradually transition towards a ‘green’ car fleet based on zero and low emission vehicles. In this context, the European Commission Representation in Romania is planning to buy an Official car. As a demonstration of the commitment to the greening approach, stringent energy-efficiency and environmental criteria will be applied in the selection of the vehicle purchased through this contract, by voluntarily implementing the provisions of the Clean Vehicles Directive and the related EU Green Public Procurement Criteria for road transport .
