Description	EDA will act as an interface between pMS and the contractor whose duties will be to: — deliver studies requested by at least 2 pMS, — when requested, attend technical meetings that pMS are unable to resource, — provide reports of the studies and meetings to the community, — participate in the PT RS meetings (2 to 3, 1-day meetings a year) as needed.
