Title	SCOs and FNLTC in practice in the IPA countries (2022CE160AT279)
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. This contract aims at supporting Interreg IPA partner countries in improving the ability of both their administrations and beneficiaries to successfully apply 'simplified cost options' (SCOs) and 'financing not linked to costs' (FNLTC) for the Interreg IPA programmes. Its objective is also to promote the use of SCOs and FNLTC in those programmes. The contractor is expected to map all SCOs and FNLTC practices in the Interreg IPA partner countries. In addition, the contractor will have to make a comprehensive review of all IPA III beneficiaries’ practices in SCOs and FNLTC.
