Enterprise Content Management Consultancy
The Enterprise Content Management platform is ECDC’s one-stop-shop for information and documents, as well as internal and external collaboration spaces. It is divided in three hubs: Information Centre: providing everyone at ECDC with reliable, transparent, and timely information about ECDC and other EU institutions including daily news, actions and decisions taken by management, upcoming events and trainings, and many other topics of interest. Document Centre: combining and centralising all ECDC’s working and official documentation in one place and including an improved search functionality. It hosts Unit, Section and Group repositories, as well as horizontal project repositories or workspaces. Collaboration Centre: providing an external collaboration hub, with storage repositories based on Microsoft Teams. The services envisaged include content management and analysis-related tasks such as content curation and migration, templates management, metadata tagging, generating relevant statistics, creation of custom views, management of queries related to ECMP and content level issues and new requests. The work will be performed in close collaboration with ECDC.
