Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The European Commission Representation in Dublin is planning to launch a call for tenders for services of organistion of event during the second half of 2023. This call is being split into two lots; Lot one concerns the organisation of an event to coincide with the State of the Union address by the President in September 2023 and Lot two concerns three events to be held outside of Dublin during the fourth quarter of 2023.
