Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The present procedure relates to the replacement of one of the existing chillers in building 312 that has reached the end of its technical life. The scope of the project consists of removing and disposing of one of the existing chillers, and supplying, fitting, adjusting, testing, commissioning of the new installation, including all required pipes, fasteners, et cetera. The execution period from moment of signature of the contract to commissioning is 14 months, followed by 12 months warranty during which one preventive maintenance visit is to occur.
