Title	Daily media monitoring services - direct contract for 4 years
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. As part of its information and communication work, the Representation delivers the results of a monitoring of media in the form of a service, freely available, for outside users called "EU i dagens aviser" (EU in today's media). The monitoring as such is carried out by an external contractor, among other things to ensure full compliacence with existing copy right rules. A basic monitoring service, Daily News Service, DNS, is carried out by DG COMM also using external contrators and covering all Member States, including Denmark. However, this monitoring is delivered only in-house and may not be distributed outside to the general public. Hence, it cannot replace "EU i dagens aviser". The Representation aims for a direct contract covering a total period of maximum four years.
