Description	For projects requiring high quality, specific and/or artistic photos as well as for large-scale communication campaigns, the contractor shall be tasked to organize photo shoots on specific topics. The subjects of the photos can be either people, places or objects.Depending on the scope and emergency of the project/campaign, the contractor might be asked to organize different types of photo shoots. The tenderer is requested to have the full technical and logistic capacities to provide the services described below:1. scouting of personalities;2. organisation of photo shoots in one single location/country;3. organisation of photo shoots in several EU countries.
