Description	The competitive procedure with negotiation, with prior publication of a contract notice, concerns the supply and management of the following services, divided into two lots:— lot 1: operation of the Court's catering services, cleaning and maintenance of premises, equipment, furniture and catering material (conclusion of a mixed concession contract and framework service contract);— lot 2: control and advice in the field of the Court's collective catering (conclusion of a framework service contract).The services will be provided for the sole benefit of the members of the staff of the Court, and by extension of the European institutions, within the precinct of the Court, located at 12, rue Alcide de Gasperi, L-1615 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG.

Lot 1	Operation of the Court's catering services, cleaning and maintenance of premises, equipment, furniture and catering material	The Court's catering services include:- operation of its self-service restaurant and its two cafeterias, cleaning and maintenance of premises, equipment, furniture and catering material;- banquet services for its protocol- and event-type catering;- provision and management of vending machines;- event-type services on quotation and other related services.
Lot 2	Control and advice in the field of the Court's collective catering	The services to be provided are as follows:- verification and control operations for the contract's technical specifications;- advice and assistance in connection with collective catering and its sustainability;- assistance to the Court in connection with the drafting of technical specifications for new tendering specifications and with the evaluation of tenders resulting from a procurement procedure; - and other ad hoc consultancy assignments related to collective catering.The contractor will carry out the controls based on the provisions appearing in the technical specifications of the two lots, and on the tender submitted by the company awarded the mixed contract for community catering (lot 1), which will be provided later after the signing of the contract.
