Title	Design and project management for office works
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. This project goal is: To enhance efficiency of the premises by smarter use of square meters in a view of introduction of hybrid working and a possible headcount growth, without increasing the size of premises. To create dynamic dedicated spaces to enhance interaction and collaboration where employees can perform at their best. Consideration is to be given to the sustainable, user friendly, and ecological workspace design considering the EBA’s EMAS certification. The EBA does not possess the skills or capability in-house to develop the required detailed specification documents for the adaptation works therefore we seek third party assistance.
