Description	The contract will involve the setting up of a Technical Assistance (TA) Facility to provide high-level technical support and policy advice to the Secretariat of the OACPS, for the implementation of the 11th EDF Support Programme for the OACPS Small Islands Developing States (SIDS) and Coastal Countries. The TA will support the Secretariat of the OACPS in fulfilling its overall coordination, monitoring, reporting, knowledge management, knowledge creation, visibility, and communication functions, as well as promoting the intra-regional nature of the programme through facilitating South-South and Triangular cooperation, and supporting capacity building activities to facilitate access to financial resources for SIDS and coastal countries.
