Title	ICT Network Support Services III (ICTNetSS-III)
Description	The specifications and requirements in this document constitute a call for tenders for the provision of services related to the ICT network support services. The services of this tender procedure are mainly permanent activities requiring high level of technical expertise to ensure the good functioning of the ICT infrastructure; they should resource, complement (in terms of workload), further develop, support and back-up the activities of Cedefop's ICT staff.Assignments shall often be of a complex nature requiring technical knowledge and experience to develop and implement solutions. In delivering the services, all oral and written communication shall be in English; therefore textual deliverables (reports, technical documentation, briefs, mails etc.) shall be drafted and delivered in English.
