Title	AudioVideo Services European Commission Representation in Sweden
Description	The European Commission's Representation in Sweden is looking for a company that can provide audiovideo services for the live streaming and/or recording of public events, including round table discussions, seminars, panel discussions, high-level meetings and press conferences, in Europe House (Europahuset, Stockholm). The services are to be provided exclusively in Europahuset which has a meeting room with a maximum capacity of 110 attendees and a fixed installation of audiovideo equipment, including cameras, microphones/sound and a LED wall. The start of the framework contract is estimated to 1 Jan 2024 at the latest. The Representation estimates that audiovideo services will be required for approximately 20-25 half-day events each year. The maximum value of the contract throughout is 680 000 SEK. This publication does not entail an obligation for the European Commission's representation in Sweden to initiate the above-mentioned procurement.
