Title	AVC installation, operation, automation and maintenance services
Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The BEREC Office intends to conclude a framework contract for AVC installation, operation, automation and maintenance services in order to ensure smooth functioning of its Audio-Visual conference systems/solutions. That is also to include AV designing, AVC support during live events, AV installation software development. Services are expected to be performed in territory of Latvia. On locations where the CA provides its AVC services. Most frequently those are the BEREC Office premises in Riga (Zigfrida Annas Meierovica boulevard No 14). The language for communication with the contractor will be English. The maintenance part is to feature already functioning room with Biamp audio processing (Tesira Forte AVB), Crestron control (Crestron TST-902), 4 Orion TV screen video wall, 3 Samsung TV side screens, 3 Dell monitors for front speakers, MVI-CAM (4 Lumens PTZ cameras/control), 16 Bosch Dicentis microphones and custom AV rack (having netgear switch and cisco webex codec plus as main AV codec, mainly CYP/TLS distribution), as well 12 other rooms featuring all-in-one devices/setup for sporadical maintenance (such as Webex Board Pro 75 and 55, Cisco Room Bar, Cisco Room Kit Mini, Meeting Owl 3, Catchbox Plus, Poly studio, USB PTZ camera, And 1 TV or projector in each room). This low-value negotiated procurement procedure with at least three candidates has an estimated contract value of EUR 27 000.

Access to procurement

Participation in this call for tenders is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons coming within the scope of the Treaties as well as to international organisations. It is also open to all natural and legal persons established in a third country which has a special agreement with the Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement. Subject to the conditions of the agreement, the Contracting Authority can accept tenders from and sign contracts with tenderers from the countries, which are parties to: a) the European Economic Area agreement (EEA), i.e. economic operators established in the 27 EU Member States as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein; b) the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) countries, i.e. economic operators established in North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo.
